How to obtaining Technical Support:
Although, E-ssential Networks is experienced and certified with many digital imgaing hardware and software systems - and - we'll do everything we can to solve your issue without much intervention from third party support. We strongly recommend that if are having mechanical issues with your digital devices (or getting specific error messages from your software) to contact the vendor first. We generally get involved at the point where their support staff request an IT technician to continue troubleshooting the problem. Many issues can be related to system hardware malfunctioning, virus or spyware, operating system, local area network communication or a combination of any of the problems metioned above. Typically, they are not liable or responsible for circumstances outside of the scope of their regular support.

Our technical support usually picks up where your vendor support ends. That is why we encourge you to maintain or obtain thier support
Regular Customers:
For regular customers who don't have a support plan and need our technical support, we offer the following two choices:
- VirtualTech as low as ninety-nine cent per minute with a minimum of fifteen minutes
- Regular On-site visit. Please call us for more information at 305-652-0645
Virtual Tech Support Customers:
If you are a VirtualTech support customer and have allowed us to install our secured VirutalTech support agent in your computers. Please tell us where in the office you are experimenting the issue and the details of the problem. If we don't have our secured VirtualTech support agent installed in your computers. Our support rep can either send you an e-mail invitation or direct you to the Support link in our web site so can take over your systems.
Our support rep will open a ticket and document the issue and take over your computers. She or he will either fix the issue or escalated the problem or request to higher-tier level engineer with more skills and experience to take over the issue or send a technician on site. There maybe instances where there is something beyond our control the problem can not be solved remotely. We will schedule an appointment to personally come into your the office to replace any part or faulty software that does not allow us to fix the problem remotely. Bear in mind that on site support is not cover under our VirtualTech support plan and there will be additional charges for the visit.
ComputerGuyPlus Customers:
ComputerGuyPlus customers get everything our VirtualTech customers get plus the on-site-support-hours in your contract. Additional hours will charged at a discounted price.
Customer who purchase Block Of Hours:
After purchasing the block hours, please call our office at 305-652-0645 ext 1 and let us know about the purchase. We will schedule an on site visit at your most convenient time.
