E-ssential Networks was founded in 2005 by Manny Ramirez and Rolando Liriano. Our primary vision was -and has always been- to help dental and medical organizations implement practice management systems, digital hardware and paperless solutions. E-ssential Networks quick success was due to its previous experience managing networks for a large dental group organization with more then forty offices between Michigan and Florida states. Amongst some of the achievements that E-ssential Networks has obtain over the years are; The migration of Unix based " dumb terminal" systems (running QSI management system) to a GUI- based -MS Windows- practice management solutions running software from any of the following companies. Dentrix, Patterson Eaglesoft and Easy Dental etc. The implementation of Phosphor Plate scanning solutions from Air Techniques Scannex and Gendex DentOptics digital developer. The configuration of many digital and Intra-oral cameras, digital sensor, 3D panoramic machines from, Sirona, Dexis, Kodak, Gendex, Planmeca and I-CAT etc. The centralization of multiple location utilizing Citrix , MS Windows Remote Terminal Services running on top of VMware/Citrix virtual infrastructure in collocation site in a data center. The implementation of Voice IP Solutions and SIP Trunks from vendors like Cbeyond, Paitec, Broadvox and 3CX phone IP PBX phone systems
E-ssential Networks founders quickly realized that there was a big need of a professional IT organization that could provide resources, consulting and integration services to dental professionals more affordability and effectively. Since then, E-ssential Networks has integrated hundreds of dental practices and continue providing strategic and cost effective solutions to health care professionals in a market that requires more attention, better support and expert advice.Along with our hardware/software partners, E-ssential Networks continues providing integration and configuration services to many small and large businesses. We've supply the computers, hardware and network devices required to put together intricate business solutions for companies of any kind and sizes.
Our integrations go from offices with two or three computers to multi-locations sites with many servers, routers and workstations. We we believe that no project is to small and less important.
Our network operating center is located in South Miami in sunny South Florida. From here, we provide remote support, IT consulting, computer repair and sales to Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties and surrounding areas. E-ssential Networks also provides on-site computer and network support, installation and configuration of digital X-rays, Paperless Systems, Voice Over IP Phones, Wiring, IP Camera Surveillance System and more.
